The LoVe Finance application is provided by BRANTHORIX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("LoVe Finance", "our", "we", "Company"), with its registered office at 17, 2nd Floor, 7th Main Road, Hoysala Nagar, Indiranagar (Bangalore), Bangalore North, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560038 India. Through the company, designated banks or financial institutions in collaboration with LoVe Finance will offer you their respective services ("Services").
LoVe Finance, operated by BRANTHORIX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, has established a strategic partnership with Vaishali Securities Limited to deliver streamlined and compliant lending solutions along with a comprehensive range of financial services. This collaboration focuses on providing users with reliable, transparent, and user-centric credit products tailored to address diverse financial requirements. By combining the expertise and resources of both entities, the partnership ensures clients receive high-quality services and innovative financial solutions designed to enhance their borrowing experience.
To deliver services through the LoVe Finance application, we (the company) and our lending partners need to collect various data and information from you with your prior explicit consent. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we (the company) and our lending partners collect, retain, share, store, and process such data and information. By creating an account on this application, you agree to the processing, storage, use, and sharing of your provided data in accordance with this Policy.
We may revise this Policy and update the Services and application periodically. Please review this page regularly to stay informed about any changes. If you disagree with any part of this Policy, please cease using our Services immediately. You should also review our Terms of Use ("Terms"), which outline the conditions under which we provide services and your permitted use of those services.
Details regarding how we share information with our lending partners are provided below. Unless otherwise specified, this Policy applies to all our Services.
This Policy incorporates our Terms and any agreements you sign to use our services and those of our lending partners. Words and phrases not defined in this Policy have the same meanings as specified in the Terms.
1. What Data is Collected?
Summary: Our lending partners specify the types of data collected and the methods used for collection.
By using the application, you consent to provide data to us and our lending partners through the following methods with prior explicit consent. We collect your data to ensure optimal service delivery. Our lending partners use this data to assess credit risk for potential loans and determine applicable interest rates. The requested data enables us and our lending partners to provide robust, user-friendly services. We detail how we, our lending partners, and joint lending partners collect data as follows:
1.1 Data Collection Methods

1.2 Collected Data
  • LoVe Finance Account Data: We and our lending partners collect data provided during account creation or updates, including your name, phone number, email ID, PAN, date of birth, postal code, occupation, official email address, employer name, monthly income, and marital status. Additional information may be requested later to verify information authenticity or support new application features.
  • Financial and KYC Information: Upon accepting tentative loan terms, we and our lending partners collect provided data including photographs, Aadhaar number, PAN, bank account number, IFSC, and address proof.
  • Additional Requested Data: You may need to provide supplementary information to lending partners for loan processing, including but not limited to bank statements, GST returns, salary slips, and income statements. This data should be submitted to lending partners through our platform.
  • Feedback and Other Data: This includes information provided during call center interactions (recorded for service quality and training purposes) and feedback/comments submitted regarding the application or as part of our service improvement research.
  • User Personal Information: Our application collects account data (email addresses, names) for login purposes, which facilitates registration and auto-fills relevant fields during application processes. Phone numbers are collected for verification to check active SIM status, uniquely identify users, and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
1.3 Data Collected from Service Usage
  • Usage Data: We collect information about your interaction with our services, including access timestamps, viewed features/pages, app crashes, and other system activities.
  • Transaction Information: We, our lending partners, and joint lending partners collect transaction-related data including service type, provision timestamps, available loans, interest payable, selected EMI plans, and payment methods.
  • Device Data: We collect device information including hardware models, IP addresses, operating systems/versions, software details, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, serial numbers, device motion data, and mobile network information.
  • AppList: In order to provide more accurate credit assessments and personalized services, we need to access information about the applications on your device. This will help us gain a comprehensive understanding of your spending habits, financial situation, and credit risk, enabling us to tailor credit products that best suit your needs. In order to ensure accurate credit assessment and considerate service, we need to obtain your application list information and fully understand your consumption habits, financial status and credit risks to customize the most suitable credit products. Only the application name and type are accessed and all data transmission is encrypted to ensure privacy and security.
  • Camera: In the LoVeFinance app, we might request your assistance to kickstart the onboarding process by guiding you through completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. This could involve providing necessary documents to verify your personal information, taking photos to create profiles, or uploading required documents for loan applications. Any camera data captured will be securely uploaded to our app server, https://api.lovefinance.asia, and will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Rest assured, your data will not be used for any other purposes. You have the flexibility to revoke or re-authorize camera permissions at your convenience. Should you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer support team.
  • Device Information: Our application gathers and monitors a range of phone-related information, including hardware specifications, operating system details, serial numbers, user profiles, and mobile network data. This enables us to uniquely identify each device and safeguard against unauthorized access or actions on your behalf.
  • Location: To ensure smooth processing of your application and to make sure our services are accessible in your vicinity, we use location tracking. Rest assured, we only access your location when you're actively using the app, not when it's running in the background. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us.
2. How and Why Collected Data is Used

2.1 Enabling Application and Services
We use collected data to customize, maintain, and enhance our services, including:
  • Creating and updating accounts; analyzing loan eligibility and estimating terms; tracking disbursement and repayment; enabling bank account management for repayments; providing access to loan history and new features; performing necessary operational tasks (troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research); and monitoring usage trends.
  • Loan Processing and KYC Authentication: Lending partners use data to assess creditworthiness, verify KYC documents, confirm employment status, and determine loan terms. While we collect financial and KYC information, lending partners independently process applications and verify documents. You agree to voluntarily submit KYC documents (including UIDAI-issued Aadhaar documents) as required and explicitly consent to our retrieval of KYC details from central registries.
  • Joint Loan Products: Lending partners use data to evaluate creditworthiness, eligibility, KYC documents, employment status, and loan terms for joint products. You expressly consent to partners retrieving KYC details from central registries or verifying through authorized government portals.
  • Customer Support: Information is used to resolve service-related queries and train customer service personnel.
  • Research and Development: Collected data supports research, analysis, and product development to enhance UI/UX, including automated features for document clarity checks, fraud detection, and IFSC validation.
  • Communication Facilitation: We may add features enabling app-based calls and reserve the right to contact you through approved channels.
  • Marketing and Promotion: We may use data to promote our application and services, including sharing feedback, ratings, and screen names. Despite "Do Not Call" registrations, we and our partners may contact you via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other supported channels regarding financial products or existing loans. You acknowledge such communications will not cause inconvenience.
  • Automated Decisions: The application provides automated features for customer interactions. We will continue expanding these capabilities as the application evolves.
  • Legal Compliance: Data may be used to investigate/resolve claims disputes, or as permitted/required by law, regulatory bodies, government entities, or official investigations.
  • Product Innovation: Collected data supports the development of new products and services.
3. How Collected Information is Shared
Summary: Your data is not sold but may be shared with third parties under contract for service delivery purposes. We do not engage in data marketing contracts.
We value your data protection. We may enter data-sharing agreements or disclose information to provide services and new products. Details of data sharing by us and our lending partners include:
  • Sharing with Lending Partners: We collaborate with designated NBFCs to offer loan products, and may share your information with these partners. The LoVe Finance App facilitates loan transactions between customers and lending partners. Partner details are available on our website.
  • Sharing with Law Enforcement: We may disclose information when requested by government or law enforcement authorities if we determine disclosure is necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or legal processes.
4. Retaining Personal Data
We retain data only as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy, including fulfilling legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
Data is also retained for internal analysis. Usage data is generally retained for shorter periods unless needed for security enhancement, service improvement, or required by law.
Borrower identity and address records collected during account opening and the business relationship will be retained for at least five years after the relationship terminates.
You may request data deletion by contacting us, and we will comply subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Security of Personal Data
We prioritize protecting your personal information from unauthorized access. LoVe Finance has implemented measures including internal reviews of data practices and security protocols (encryption, physical security measures) to safeguard stored information. We adhere to legally prescribed protection measures, including technical controls (firewalls, encryption, passwords, WAF, SOC, antivirus) and management controls (access management, log reviews, NDAs).
LoVe Finance and its lending partners do not store card details (numbers, CVV, expiry dates) on their servers.
We may share information with third parties under strict confidentiality agreements but assume no responsibility for security breaches by these parties or resulting losses/damages.
Additionally, suspicious transactions and those specified under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 will be reported to relevant enforcement agencies to the best of our knowledge.
6. Your Consent
By submitting personal information, you consent to its use as detailed in this Policy. You expressly and irrevocably authorize LoVe Finance/its partners/affiliates to collect, store, share, obtain, and verify your personal information/KYC directly or through authorized agencies, and disclose it to agents/contractors/service providers. This information may be used as required for credit facilities and business purposes for a period determined by us. You explicitly authorize LoVe Finance/its partners/affiliates to collect, use, authenticate, and verify your identification/KYC information without further notice.   • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw specific consents by emailing info@branthorix.com. This may restrict access to certain platform features. If you have availed partner services, we retain the right to continue necessary data processing. Data will be deleted when no longer needed and not required by law. Note that multiple legal bases may require continued data retention.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You can disable push notifications through device settings, though this may affect application functionality.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such data collection, we will delete the information and terminate the associated LoVe Finance account.
9. Communications from Us
We may contact you via phone, SMS, email, and other channels to provide service information, updates, educational content, and promotions. We will notify you of temporary application maintenance and provide security, privacy, or administrative updates. By creating an account, you agree to receive communications via phone, SMS, push notifications, or other appropriate channels.

We may update this Policy periodically. Your continued service usage after updates constitutes consent to the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law. Please regularly review this page for current privacy practices.
